Title: Louisiana Meatloaf

MEATLOAF
1 1/2 To 2 lbs ground beef
1 Egg
6 Crackers
1/2tsSalt
1/2cChopped onions
1smCan tomato sauce
SAUCE
3tbOleo
2tsChili powder
1smOnion chopped
2tsMustard
1tsSalt
3tbVinegar
3tbWorcestershire sauce
2cnTomato sauce
2cnWater

Mix meatloaf ingredients together. Shape firmly into loaf shape. Place in shallow baking pan or dish. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
